Chính sách quyền riêng tư của EnQuiz
- Dữ liệu học tập ở lại trên máy bạn. Kết quả, câu sai, câu đã đánh dấu và bộ đề bạn nhập chỉ lưu trong trình duyệt. Không có tài khoản, không có cơ sở dữ liệu người học.
- Một ngoại lệ: khi bạn mở khoá tài liệu case study, ứng dụng gửi email bạn nhập, mã tài liệu và thời điểm lên máy chủ của EnQuiz để giảng viên biết ai đã xem.
- Lượt truy cập được đếm ẩn danh bằng GoatCounter: không cookie, không lưu địa chỉ IP, không nhận dạng ai.
- Không quảng cáo, không bán hay chia sẻ dữ liệu cho bên thứ ba.
1. Ai chịu trách nhiệm
EnQuiz do Đỗ Thùy Hương xây dựng và vận hành, với nội dung ôn tập đồng tác giả cùng PGS.TS. Phan Anh Tú. Người chịu trách nhiệm về dữ liệu cá nhân theo chính sách này là Đỗ Thùy Hương. Liên hệ: thuyhuongctu@gmail.com.
2. Dữ liệu học tập: chỉ nằm trên thiết bị của bạn
Mọi kết quả làm bài, câu trả lời sai, câu bạn đánh dấu, tiến độ theo chương, lựa chọn ngôn ngữ và giao diện, cùng các bộ đề bạn tự nhập được lưu trong bộ nhớ của trình duyệt trên máy bạn (localStorage). Những dữ liệu này không được gửi tới máy chủ nào. Ứng dụng không có tài khoản, không yêu cầu đăng nhập, không hỏi tên, số điện thoại hay mã số sinh viên.
Bạn có thể xoá sạch bằng nút Xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu trong phần Cài đặt của ứng dụng. Thao tác này xoá cả email bạn đã nhập ở mục 3 (nếu có) trên thiết bị đó.
3. Mở khoá tài liệu case study: dữ liệu duy nhất được gửi đi
Trong phần Nội dung riêng, mỗi case study có liên kết tới tài liệu gốc (lưu trên Google Drive, có bản quyền, dành cho sinh viên của lớp). Lần đầu bạn bấm mở tài liệu trên một thiết bị, ứng dụng hỏi email trường của bạn. Khi bạn bấm Mở khoá, ứng dụng gửi các thông tin sau qua kết nối mã hoá HTTPS tới một hàm xử lý trên nền tảng Supabase do tác giả quản lý:

Sau khi mở khoá thành công, email được ghi lại trong trình duyệt của bạn để những lần sau không phải nhập lại. Bạn xoá bản ghi cục bộ này bằng nút Xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu (mục 2).
4. Đếm lượt truy cập ẩn danh
Ứng dụng nạp một tệp đếm của GoatCounter. Công cụ này không dùng cookie, không lưu địa chỉ IP, không gán mã nhận dạng và không theo dõi bạn sang trang khác. Tác giả chỉ nhìn thấy con số tổng hợp: mỗi ngày có bao nhiêu lượt mở, từ quốc gia và loại trình duyệt nào. Nó không biết ai mở và không thấy bài làm của bạn. Khi mất mạng, tệp này không chạy và ứng dụng vẫn hoạt động bình thường.
5. Quyền của bạn và cách yêu cầu xoá
Bạn có quyền biết, yêu cầu sửa hoặc xoá bản ghi mở khoá gắn với email của mình. Hãy gửi email tới thuyhuongctu@gmail.com với tiêu đề “Xoá dữ liệu EnQuiz”, ghi rõ email đã nhập trong ứng dụng. Chúng tôi xác nhận trong vòng 7 ngày và xoá trong tối đa 30 ngày. Dữ liệu học tập trên thiết bị do bạn tự xoá bằng nút trong Cài đặt.
6. Quyền truy cập trên Android và đối tượng sử dụng
Ứng dụng Android không yêu cầu quyền truy cập danh bạ, vị trí, máy ảnh, micro, bộ nhớ hay thông báo; nó chỉ cần kết nối mạng để nạp bản web và hoạt động ngoại tuyến sau lần mở đầu. EnQuiz dành cho sinh viên đại học và người học từ 18 tuổi, không hướng tới trẻ em.
7. Thay đổi chính sách
Khi chính sách thay đổi, bản mới được đăng tại địa chỉ này kèm ngày cập nhật; thay đổi đáng kể cũng được nêu trong mục Quyền riêng tư bên trong ứng dụng. Chính sách này được viết lại ngày 07/10/2026 để mô tả đúng việc ghi email khi mở khoá tài liệu case study, một tính năng được thêm sau bản mô tả trước đó.

EnQuiz Privacy Policy
- Learning data stays on your device. Results, missed questions, flagged questions and imported sets live only in your browser. There is no account and no learner database.
- One exception: when you unlock the case study materials, the app sends the email you enter, the case ID and the time to the EnQuiz server so the instructors know who viewed them.
- Visits are counted anonymously with GoatCounter: no cookies, no IP addresses stored, no one identified.
- No advertising, and no selling or sharing of data with third parties.
1. Who is responsible
EnQuiz is built and operated by Do Thuy Huong, with revision content co-authored with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phan Anh Tu. The person responsible for personal data under this policy is Do Thuy Huong. Contact: thuyhuongctu@gmail.com.
2. Learning data: on your device only
Your results, wrong answers, flagged questions, progress by chapter, language and theme choices, and any question sets you import are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. None of this is sent to any server. The app has no accounts, requires no sign-in, and never asks for your name, phone number or student ID.
You can erase everything with the Erase all data button in the app's Settings. This also removes the email saved under section 3, if any, from that device.
3. Case study unlock: the only data that leaves the device
In the Separate set section, each case study links to its original materials (stored on Google Drive, copyrighted, intended for enrolled students). The first time you open the materials on a device, the app asks for your school email. When you press Unlock, the app sends the following over an encrypted HTTPS connection to a function hosted on Supabase and managed by the author:

After a successful unlock, the email is kept in your browser so you are not asked again on that device. You can remove this local copy with Erase all data (section 2).
4. Anonymous visit counting
The app loads a counting script from GoatCounter. It sets no cookies, stores no IP address, assigns no identifier and does not follow you across sites. The author sees only aggregate figures: how many times the app was opened each day, from which country and browser type. It cannot tell who opened the app and never sees your answers. Without a network connection the script does not run and the app works as usual.
5. Your rights and how to request deletion
You may ask what unlock record is held for your email, and have it corrected or deleted. Email thuyhuongctu@gmail.com with the subject “Delete EnQuiz data”, stating the email you entered in the app. We confirm within 7 days and delete within 30 days at most. Learning data on your device is yours to erase with the Settings button.
6. Android permissions and audience
The Android app requests no access to contacts, location, camera, microphone, storage or notifications; it only needs a network connection to load the web app, after which it works offline. EnQuiz is intended for university students and adult learners aged 18 and over, not for children.
7. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the new version is published at this address with its date; material changes are also noted in the Privacy panel inside the app. This version, dated 7 October 2026, was rewritten to describe accurately the email recorded when case study materials are unlocked, a feature added after the earlier description.
