Scored out of 10. All points come from game results and the contribution log; there is no report or presentation. Team scores are shared; only B5 is graded individually.
Total time: 60 minutes. The game opens and locks each round on schedule, with a countdown at the bottom of the screen. If a round ends before the team commits, the CEO's device commits the current slider values automatically. Each team starts the exam with 500 million ₫ in starting capital.
| Time | Duration | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Min 0 – 10 | 10 min | Sign in on your own device, enter the Class code and Team name, pick your role. Check that all 5 roles are filled. |
| Min 10 – 58 | 6 rounds × 8 min | Each round: • Min 0–5: read the event; CFO, CMO and COO send proposals; SEC writes the minutes; run What-If if needed. • Min 5–7: the CEO applies proposals and presses Commit. • Min 7–8: review the round results. |
| Min 58 – 60 | 2 min | Review the end-of-season report. Do not close the game until the instructor confirms all results have been received. |
Arriving after minute 10: you can still join your team, but rounds already played do not count toward participation (B5). Proposals and minutes sent after the CEO commits are not counted.
| Criterion | How to score | Max |
|---|---|---|
| B1. Cumulative profit Team | Class ranking by total 6-round profit: top 25% → 2.0 · 25–50% → 1.5 · 50–75% → 1.0 · rest → 0.5. Negative total profit: 0.5 max. | 2.0 |
| B2. Round 6 market share Team | ≥ 30% → 2.0 · 25–29.9% → 1.6 · 20–24.9% → 1.2 · below 20% → 0.8. | 2.0 |
| B3. Operations and finance Team | Average OEE over 6 rounds: ≥ 85 → 1.0 · 80–84 → 0.7 · below 80 → 0.3. Round 6 defect rate ≤ 2.0% → 0.4. Round 6 quick ratio ≥ 1.0 → 0.6. | 2.0 |
| B4. Achievements Team | 0.15 points per unlocked achievement (10 in total, see section 5). | 1.5 |
| B5. Individual contribution Each member | Participation (0.75): rounds in which you have a log entry: 5–6 → 0.75 · 3–4 → 0.5 · 1–2 → 0.2. Adopted (0.75): rounds in which the team used your contribution: ≥ 4 → 0.75 · 2–3 → 0.5 · 1 → 0.2. See section 4. | 1.5 |
| B6. Handling market shocks Team | Applies to rounds with adverse events (price war, energy crisis, supply-chain crisis). Quick ratio ≥ 1.0 in all those rounds → 0.4 (one round below → 0.2). Profitable in all those rounds → 0.4 (at least half → 0.2). Prepared before committing: the team ran What-If or logged at least 3 proposals/minutes → 0.2. | 1.0 |
| Your total = team B1 + B2 + B3 + B4 + B6 + your own B5 | 10 | |
On the Decisions screen, use the «📋 Contribution log» panel under the Team meeting. Only entries sent before the CEO presses Commit count.
| Role | Each round | Counts as «adopted» when |
|---|---|---|
| CFO | Set R&D and payment terms → «Send proposal to the CEO» | The committed decision is within 10% of your proposal |
| CMO | Set price and marketing → «Send proposal to the CEO» | Same as above |
| COO | Set production, workforce and training → «Send proposal to the CEO» | Same as above |
| SEC | Write the meeting minutes: the event, each role's view, the agreed decision → «Send minutes» | The minutes are at least 30 characters long |
| CEO | Review the team's proposals, press «Apply», then Commit | The committed round uses at least one proposal from the CFO, CMO or COO |
Each What-If run also counts as participation in that round. Sending several times in one round earns no extra points; the team uses the latest version.
A course earns credit only with a grade of D or higher.
